THE BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL CELEBRATES FATHER’S DAY WITH STYLE

A Special Menu and Luxurious Spa Services, Available for Every Dad

Beverly Hills, Calif. – The Beverly Hills Hotel toasts all Dads on Sunday, June 15 by offering culinary creations and spa services especially designed for Father’s Day. To make this special occasion more memorable, the renowned Polo Lounge will serve an extravagant three-course champagne brunch or dinner. In addition to the Father’s Day menu, luxurious spa experiences at The Beverly Hill Hotel Spa by La Prairie are available to pamper deserving dads.

The Father’s Day three-course meal will be offered to both hotel guests and locals alike either in the Polo Lounge or on the patio. Consisting of an appetizer, entrée, dessert and a glass of champagne, the exquisite menu offerings are created by Executive Chef Robert Allen. To compliment the dining experience, an exceptional jazz trio will play live music to enhance the atmosphere.

The brunch entrée selections are offered from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and include the following:

• Traditional Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine with Hollandaise sauce
• Cinnamon “Roll” French Toast in pecan caramel sauce and orange crème
• Oaxaca Style Braised Beef Oxtail Tacos in corn tortillas, marinated with avocado and Pico de Gallo

In addition to the menu selections that will be available all day, special dinner entrées offered after 3:00 pm include:

• Caramelized Diver Scallops served with fava beans, white asparagus, haricot vert and sweet corn emulsion
• Twelve Spice Brined Berkshire Pork T-Bone Steak complimented by sautéed monk’s beard, cipolin onions with porcini sauce

Additionally, highlights of signature entrees served throughout the day will include the McCarthy Salad, Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib, and Olive Oil Roasted White Alaskan Salmon. The final course of the meal will offer guests their choice of three decadent dessert options, including Dark Chocolate Brownies, Caramel Cream and California Fresh Apricot Tart.

The Polo Lounge Father’s Day three-course champagne meal is $89 per person and $45 for children 10 and under (tax and gratuity are not included). Reservations can be made by calling The Beverly Hills Hotel at (310) 281-2941.

For those who prefer to give their father the gift of relaxation, indulgent spa treatments are available at The Beverly Hills Hotel’s Spa by La Prairie.
